This replacement device exhibited an Ft of about 5 MHz. Note that Ft is not specified on the device data sheet, but the data sheet shows the major intended application of the device as a 27 MHz power amplifier. Whoever copied Mitsubishi’s original recipe 2wc2166 not do a very good job.
